Hiya Fitness Pals! We are back for the very first Fit Friday of 2019! I'm excited to say I am changing for the better and have committed to doing this blog throughout the year, and I'm happy to say Fit Friday is also changing! My personal trainer, traveling buddy and dad is not working on Fridays anymore! This allows him the rest and time to focus and prepare for his other job as Pastor of Word Life Family Church ( See S.E.T. page for more info) :) . I have no objections to this at all, but that changes things up for the blog. I've decided to keep the date as Friday, but my workout schedule has changed. I work out now, Mondays 8am, Tuesdays 6pm, Wednesdays 8am, and Thursdays 6pm. I know, I'm working out 4 days in a row, a day more than before and without a day of rest in between. This is new for me but I am loving it, I feel like I'm really working hard to reach my goals, which of course gets me results. I'm getting slimmer by the hour and it is a GIFT, trust me. Location of the gym has changed as well! I'll be posting some more information on Instagram and later on this page. 2019 has been incredible so far and I AM SO READY to be able to share my journey, share all the insider tips and views from Minnifield Fitness and encourage others to start and push through their Fitness Journey. Also, I am pleased to announce this month I will start Meal Planning ( yay!)! I will share my food choices on this page as well as Happily Vegan. I also will share the vitamins and supplements I will be taking to add to my current health regimen, on both pages. AHH you guys it is 2019! A brand new year to accomplish the set desires of your heart, change for the better and inspire others to do the same!
