Hiya Fitness Pals! We are back for the very first Fit Friday of 2019! I'm excited to say I am changing for the better and have committed to doing this blog throughout the year, and I'm happy to say Fit Friday is also changing! My personal trainer, traveling buddy and dad is not working on Fridays anymore! This allows him the rest and time to focus and prepare for his other job as Pastor of Word Life Family Church ( See S.E.T. page for more info) :) . I have no objections to this at all, but that changes things up for the blog. I've decided to keep the date as Friday, but my workout schedule has changed. I work out now, Mondays 8am, Tuesdays 6pm, Wednesdays 8am, and Thursdays 6pm. I know, I'm working out 4 days in a row, a day more than before and without a day of rest in between. This is new for me but I am loving it, I feel like I'm really working hard to reach my goals, which of course gets me results. I'm getting slimmer by the hour and it is a GIFT, trust me. Location of the gym has changed as well! I'll be posting some more information on Instagram and later on this page. 2019 has been incredible so far and I AM SO READY to be able to share my journey, share all the insider tips and views from Minnifield Fitness and encourage others to start and push through their Fitness Journey. Also, I am pleased to announce this month I will start Meal Planning ( yay!)! I will share my food choices on this page as well as Happily Vegan. I also will share the vitamins and supplements I will be taking to add to my current health regimen, on both pages. AHH you guys it is 2019! A brand new year to accomplish the set desires of your heart, change for the better and inspire others to do the same!

Ah! It's the very first Friday of Fit Friday Blog Posts! YAY! So here's the tea sis, this blog portion of the site, will be all about health and fitness! Fun Friday Fact: My Dad is a Personal Trainer! I KNOW RIGHT! AMAZEBALLS! It is such a huge blessing to be able to get fit and stay fit with the personal help from my dad! So far I've been training with him for 7 weeks now, consistently. I know, so recent right? But hey! I didn't have my life together before, I was just eating because it tasted good, and walking downstairs for a snack and back up was my only form of exercise. You'd think as the daughter of a personal trainer, I'd know better right? WRONG! It took me owning up to my health mistakes and deciding to change how I look and feel. After all you are the master of your own sails. ALL that to say, I'm doing fantastic! I have a steady regimen of weight training three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Which inspired me to create Fit Friday, because it is the last day of the week I weight train and it's the best because I can say I successfully stuck with my workouts and was conscious of my health throughout the whole week. So here is a blog portion that will be insight into my health journey, exclusive information about my dad's business, encouragement and motivation, health tips, fun fit facts, recipes, and so much more! I'm so excited to have a place to journal about my experiences and to build a community of healthy and WOKE people:). The time is now to better your lives, after-all you are the master of your own sails, and it takes just one step: commitment. You MUST be committed to yourself, the mind is so powerful! Each and everyday you have to make the conscious decision to think long term for the betterment of your body, mind, soul and smile. So I commit to posting each and every Friday and to try my best to come up with fun and exciting content, you can invest your time in! I'm so STOKED you guys/gals! This page is going to be fun!
